Delivery to a courier company office

The delivery price varies depending on the courier company you choose. Delivery to an office is intended for those who do not want to commit to a specific delivery time. The ordered product is delivered with the courier company you choose to the office you specify. The goods will be delivered to the office 1–2 days after the shipment is sent. The services of the office can be used at any time, within the working hours of the selected office. The storage period of the ordered goods is 7 working days. The recipient receives an information SMS and email about the delivery of the goods.

Payment methods

  • Cash on delivery : You pay the money upon receipt of the goods, at the Speedy/Econt courier's office.
  • Bank card : A convenient and secure payment method. After creating the order, you are redirected to the bank's secure payment portal, where you can enter the necessary data. If the transaction is authorized, the payment is made instantly and the goods will be sent to you no later than the next business day. We support the 3D Secure secure protocol, our employees do not have access to your card details, nor are these data shared anywhere.

Custom Product Repair Policy

The product can be returned for repair within 7 days if there is a defect caused by us and there are no signs of use. In case of a defect, we will repair or replace the product.

Reasons for return such as the image is black and white and the photo doesn't look good are not accepted. This is because the ad and the website clearly state that the image is black and white and the quality of your photo is what you sent us - we even improve it. Photos that are taken from a distance or not cropped properly, etc. are also not eligible for return.

As the product is personalized, refunds are not possible, in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Cancellation of the order can only be made before the start of the production process.

The costs of returning the product will be divided between Norito EOOD and the customer, with the customer covering the transportation costs to us, and we covering the costs of returning the repaired or replaced product.

Paid Priority Development Policy

Norito Ltd. offers paid priority manufacturing of products:

  • Fast production - 2 days

Rules for calculating deadlines :

  • Start times : Paid priority processing starts the next business day after the order date. For example, if you place an order on Monday, paid priority will start on Tuesday.
  • Excluding weekends : Priority processing times do not include Saturdays and Sundays. If your order is placed on a Friday and you select the "Fast Processing" option, processing will begin on Monday and be completed on Wednesday.
  • Exceptions and Delays : In the event of unforeseen circumstances or unexpected problems that may affect the production time, Norito EOOD will contact you to update the status of your order and new expected deadlines.

Example calculations : If you place an order on Wednesday and select the "Fast Production" option, production will begin on Thursday and end on Monday (2 business days). This policy ensures that production deadlines are clear and respected in accordance with the work week.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and is in accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian and European consumer protection legislation.
